ADULTS ONLY

Houseparty is only for people aged 18 or older. Use Contact Us in Settings or email us with "Underage Report" in the subject line if you reasonably believe an account belongs to someone under 18, so we can investigate and remove or restrict it as appropriate.

PLAY NICE

• Be respectful. No harassment, hate or threats.
• Respect privacy. Do not record or share someone without permission or expose their private information.
• Keep it clean. No nudity, sexual content, extreme violence or illegal activity.
• Protect minors. No grooming, sexualization, exploitation, or content involving the sexual abuse of a minor.

ACCOUNT AND SERVICE INTEGRITY

• No impersonation, spam, scams, security probing or ban evasion.
• Do not share verification codes or access another person's account.

CONTENT RULES

• Only post media you own the rights to.
• Get permission from people shown or heard in your content.
• No copyrighted music in streams.

ENFORCEMENT

Depending on severity, context, and prior behavior, we may warn, restrict features, remove content, suspend an account, preserve evidence, or permanently ban an account. Apparent child sexual abuse material is removed and escalated as required by law.

REPORTING

Use the in‑app Report and blocking tools, or contact support from Settings. You may also email team@onlywidget.com. We prioritize urgent safety and underage reports, but do not promise a fixed response time. Where required, an affected user may appeal a moderation decision by replying to the notice or emailing us with "Moderation Appeal" in the subject line.
